About Joseph Coffelt
My name is Joseph Coffelt, and I have been a florist for over 34 years. What began as a desire to do something creative and meaningful has grown into a lifelong passion for floral design, an art form that allows me to tell stories, honor lives, and bring comfort through beauty.
I have owned and operated two floral shops in the Denver area and later served as Floral Manager at King Soopers. During this time, I had the privilege of designing Christmas trees for the Artreach Festival of Trees for six holiday seasons, earning multiple awards including Best of Show and People’s Choice.
My work has reached the hands of First Lady Barbara Bush, Robert Redford, John Elway, and other notable figures. Most recently, I was honored to be invited as a Christmas decorator at the White House in 2024, where I met First Lady Jill Biden and HGTV’s Mika Kleinschmidt.
Today, I specialize exclusively in Memorial Tribute Designs. I believe floral tributes should do more than decorate a space; they should reflect a life. Too often, our loved ones are not properly acknowledged in their final arrangements.
That is why I design with intention, incorporating personal items that speak to who they were: a hobby, a uniform, a photograph, a favorite flower, a symbol of their passion. Each tribute is a story told in petals, and every story deserves to be heard.
Our Mission
Listening with Heart, Designing with Love
At Joseph Coffelt Designs, our mission is simple, yet profound: to honor your loved one by truly getting to know them, and you.
We take the time to listen and ask thoughtful questions. We want to understand the life they lived, the passions they held, and the memories you cherish. From favorite hobbies and travels to treasured keepsakes and friendships, we draw inspiration from the details that made them unique.
Every floral tribute we create is a reflection of personality, spirit, and love. Because this is not just about flowers, it is about telling their story beautifully.
